Keto Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml cream
  • Vanilla extract or 2 vanilla sticks or stevia vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • Stevia


    Pour the milk in a pan with the vanilla and cook until it starts to boil then leave it for half an hour.

    After 30 minutes take out the vanilla sticks and cut out the seeds and add them to the milk.

    Beat the egg yolks in a bowl with a blender.

    Slowly add the milk to the yolks and keep stirring.

    Then pour it back to the pan and cook until it starts to boil again.

    When it starts to thicken stop cooking and put it aside to cool down.

    Add the stevia.

    Put a bowl in the freezer that you will use later.

    When it has cooled down add the cream and pour it in the ice cream machine.

    When the ice cream machine is done pour it in a bowl that was in the freezer.

    Now add anything to the ice cream that you like. I added maple syrup and chopped walnuts.

    Put it in the freezer for a couple of hours or for overnight.
