  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tbsp almond flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar


    Put baking paper in a cake pan and grease the sides with butter.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius with convection.

    Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar.

    Add the vanilla and sweetener to the egg yolks snd mix them with a blender.

    Add the almond flour and baking powder and mix them together.

    Then add half of the egg whites and stir them.

    Add the other half of the egg whites but stir carefully now.

    Pour it in the cake pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.

    After baking leave it to cool down.
