Keto Hamburger with Sweet Potato.

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 slice of bacon for each burger
  • 5 big mushroom
  • Tomato
  • Paprika
  • Purple onion
  • Salad leaves
  • Grated cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Ingredients for the sweet potato
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper or Chilli flakes


    Mix salt and pepper with the minced meat, then make burgers.

    Put them on a pan with baking paper.

    Put one slice of bacon on each burger.

    In a preheated oven cook the burgers for 12 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.

    Then add cheese on the top and cook for another minute.

    Peel the mushroom and cook with the burgers for 5 minutes.

    Slice the tomatoes, paprika and onion.

    Use the big leaves of the salad and wash them.

    When the burgers are ready put them on the salad leaves, add the vegetables and put sauce on the top.

    Wash the sweet potatoes, cut them in half, then cut them into equal sizes.

    Drizzle them with olive oil, and add salt and pepper.

    Put baking paper in a pan and put the sweet potatoes on it next to each other.

    Cook for one hour at 200 degrees Celsius.
