  • 8-10 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Rosemary (optional)
  • Dry basil and oregano
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 purple onion
  • Chilli or sweet pepper
  • Ham
  • Feta cheese


    Put baking paper in a pan.

    Preheat the oven 180 degrees Celcius with convection.

    Cut all the ingredients and put then in a cooking pan.

    Beat the eggs with the spices.

    Pour the eggs in the pan.

    Then sprinkle with feta cheese and add a little bit of butter and the rosemary.

    Put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
